Chapel dress. Inspired by nun habits, white up top and black below. Both lace, both woven with metallic silver thread details. Relaxed caftan like fit slips on over head. Scallped edge detail on both white & black laces.

Since looser fit, those waist and hip sizes are quite "free" as black portion of dress is gathered to give movement and ability to twirl. You know I love a twirl. 
 
Recommend dry clean, or wash in a garment bag to prevent snags in cool water and let air dry.
